Presently I am pursuing my doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, under the guidance of Dr. Nagasuma Chandra and Dr. Chiranjib Bhattarcharyya. My research related to computational immunology and modelling of host pathogen interaction.

Worked on the CSIR sponsored Open Source Drug Discovery Project, for the annotation of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Immunome, also worked with Praveen Narvekar and Sandhya Govind on the Structural Proteome Annotation of the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
